We listed our lovely 4 bedroom (+2), 4 bathroom family home of over thirty years, in a beautiful neighbourhood in Toronto. We had made many expensive changes to our home including a new kitchen, new hardwood and marble floors throughout and a new furnace. Our first agent, a neighbour, was pleasant but ineffectual, we had no offers. Our second listing agent had a family connection, put a sign on the lawn, nothing more, and had no showings or open houses. Our third listing agent advertised herself as "number 1" in Toronto. Potential buyers complained that they were unable to get a hold of her and we discovered she had handed the responsibility over to her daughter who either came late to showings or did not show up at all. In between times, over a period of two years, we had many agents knocking on our door to get the listing, sometimes making helpful suggestions but not willing to help implement them. Our neighbor referred Adele and Phil to us. Initially we had planned to keep our Etobicoke house for rent but, at the last minute, we changed our minds and decided to sell. 
First, Adele and Phil provided us with a very detailed analysis about our home's market value. Second, they spent time preparing and staging the house. Third, they got the house quickly onto the market and promoted it with maximum exposure. We were thrilled to get multiple offers, and the house was sold in one week. 
We had observed some of our neighbors houses listed for a long time, with no interested buyers. Some of them even listed more than one time. We also saw agents listing house prices much lower than its market value, and after the house sold, they advertised they sold it at big price (but they had listed way below its market value).

I was referred to Adele and Phil by a friend. They staged my 50-year-old home to look like a masterpiece. When I think of staging, I think of pillows and maybe some pictures and lamps..I was wrong. In the pouring rain, they pulled in on the first day with a U-Haul full of furniture, accessories, drapes, pictures...down to the soap dispensers! They treated all of my belongings with the utmost respect and care as they moved the items so they could work their magic with their own staging pieces, they worked professionally and quickly as they transformed my home. I was confident that with my house staged it looked and presented as best as it could. In total, my house was on the market for one week.
